Shipping

When will you ship my order?

We normally ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.

When will my order get delivered?

Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. You can check estimated delivery time for your pin or zip code on any product page.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery in India: Free shipping on all orders.

International Shipping: Free shipping on all orders above $99. An additional charge of $10 – $20 will be levied on orders below that.

How can I track my order?

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by clicking Track Order.

Returns & Exchanges

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return in by logging in and going to My Orders under My Account section or reach out to us on [email protected] and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, by logging in and going to My Orders section of our website. Or, you can send a request to [email protected] After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

What is your return policy?

You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement or a refund.

You can return products, up to 7 days from the date of delivery after informing us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can initiate returns by logging in and going to My Order section of our website. Or, you can send a request to [email protected]  

The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacements are processed only if you have received a damaged or defective product. Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

 

  •  The item(s) should be unused and unsoiled.
  •  The packaging should have the original tags in place.

 

They should be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

 

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can only exchange your item within 7 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

What is your refund policy?

You can choose for refund to the original payment source. Refund process may take up to 30 to 60 days from the date the return product has been received by us.

Buyers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. No refund or return/exchange will be processed if a product is refused by the buyer due to unpaid customs or import taxes.
