Returns and Exchange

Please note: If you have made a purchase at we assume that you have gone through and are aware of the refund/exchange policy stated below

At Rommbo, we strive to ensure that our customers are receiving products that are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you have received a product in less than pristine condition, please fill the request returns form in your order history. Any returns made without the form will not be accepted. If you had purchased as a guest without registering on our website then you can send an email to [email protected]

A product is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • A wrong product has been sent by our team.
  • There is a manufacturing defect on the product with respect to design or wearability.
  • The product is damaged in transit.
  • In cases where the product is damaged in transit, we can offer free doorstep pickup and a replacement product for the equivalent amount.

However, if the wrong product has been sent by our team or if it has a manufacturing defect with respect to design or wearability of the product, then we can also offer a full refund or a replacement product, in addition to free doorstep pickup.

In case of any other reason for return or exchange, the customer will bear the cost of reverse doorstep pickup (Rs.150). Further, exchange or refund value will exclude any forward shipping charges that may have been paid by the customer at the time of ordering.

For any of the above issues, please write to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order and also attach a picture of the damaged/defective/incorrect product. We will strive to resolve the issue in the best way possible.

Below cases do not qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
  • If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.

The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused condition as received.

After 7 days, returns will be charged for broken items.

Return’s amount will be sent to the source by which the payment was made.

Although our shipping company covers more than 23,000 pin codes in India, however, a few pin codes might still not be serviceable. Customers are advised to check their pin codes on the product page delivery checker box to verify if their pin code is serviceable or not. No refund request will be entertained for such cases. Customer will have to give one of the serviceable pin codes and collect their orders from that pin codes on their own. Rommbo will not be liable for any loss or damage caused after the product has been delivered to the new pin code mentioned by the customer.

For international orders: Buyers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. No refund or return/exchange will be processed if a product is refused by the buyer due to unpaid customs or import taxes.


Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ROMMBO packaging and tags (if any) still attached. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Please email [email protected] if any of your purchases have been delivered in a damaged condition. Unidentified returns (without filling the required form or an email) sent will be returned to the sender and/or not accepted.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ROMMBO website. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of order placed.

Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.
